Associates are chosen based on their Pin code, creating a nationwide network of ethical entrepreneurs who guide communities in transitioning from unemployment to self-employment.
Each Associate receives a revenue-ready kit, training, and venture bench support to launch and grow their initiatives. They empower self-employed individuals to collaborate across diverse business domains, driving grassroots transformation. Associates also engage Facilitators to strengthen their ventures while enabling students to earn passive income through freelance opportunities and community development projects.

Unlike task-based roles, Facilitators focus on integration, scaling, and strategic growth. Each Facilitator is expected to bring a clear area of expertise, whether in partnerships, business scaling, training, or fundraising, and commit to deepening that specialization by working closely with TGG’s ecosystem. Their responsibilities include streamlining collaborations, expanding market reach, strengthening operational capacity, and introducing ethical, technology-driven solutions to replace manual processes.
By serving as the operational backbone of the venture bench, Facilitators empower Associates and Co-Creators to grow responsibly while ensuring that grassroots ventures receive the professional support they need. The Freelancer role in TGG’s Eco-Entrepreneurship Program is designed for young professionals aged 20 to 25, with 1 to 4 years of experience. More than just a side hustle, it serves as a launchpad for hands-on learning, passive income, and ethical growth. Whether you are studying or beginning your career, this is your opportunity to build financial stability while contributing to regenerative ecosystems and values-based enterprises.
As a Freelancer, you will bring your strengths in data management, AI tools and technologies, market research, and support services to the TGG ecosystem.
