Due to the nature of our services, which involve pre-arranged bookings for accommodations, transportation, and other logistical arrangements, we operate under a strict no-refund policy. This ensures the sustainability of our operations and our ability to deliver quality programs to all participants.

  1. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made towards travel programs, including booking fees and program charges, are non-refundable.
  2. Pre-Booked Arrangements: Once a booking is confirmed, TGG Eco Ventures Pvt. Ltd. commits these funds to secure accommodations, travel arrangements, and other program components, which are often non-refundable from our suppliers.
  3. Changes to Bookings: Any requests for modifications to the booking will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply, subject to the availability and policies of our suppliers.
  4. Program Cancellation by TGG Eco Ventures Pvt. Ltd.: In the unlikely event that a program is canceled by us, participants will be offered an alternative program of equivalent value. If no alternative is available, we will provide a refund, less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
  5. Participant Cancellation: If a participant cancels their booking, no refund will be provided, regardless of the reason. We recommend participants secure travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Force Majeure: TGG Eco Ventures Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
